Dear Valued Customer,

NOTICE ON STEMMING OF CONTAINERS FROM TICT TO BASE 1 OFF DOCK

We write to inform you that we have discontinued the stemming of containers from Tincan Island Container Terminal (TICT) to TICT Extension (BASE 1/SCOA) with immediate effect.

Henceforth, all containers designated for TICT will be delivered on-dock (TICT delivery) unless otherwise requested by the consignee for Off-Dock transfer.

To facilitate this process smoothly, we kindly request that all transfer requests be submitted at least two weeks prior to vessel arrival. This lead time will allow us to finalize the necessary documentation promptly.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement these changes to enhance our services.
